Republic of Moldova is a small country in South-Eastern Europe, which borders Ukraine to the East and the West – with Romania. Its past is rich in history, full of dramatic and agitated events.
From the XIV century, it is an integral part of the Moldova Principality, situated between Oriental Carpathians and the Dniester River and bounded on the north by Hawtin, and in the south to the Black Sea.
