Я считаю, что для многих сотрудников будет полезно работать за горячим столом. Это создаст более динамичную и креативную среду. Сотрудники будут общаться друг с другом, консультироваться и помогать другим. Горячие столы дадут возможность не скучать и не заниматься посторонними вещами на работе, так как ты всегда будешь на виду. Индивидуальные места нужны только некоторым специалистам. Остальные же вполне смогут работать по этой системе.

THE hot – desking will give the staff AN opportunity not to be bored and not TO BE BUSY with SOME UNIMPORTANT things at work, because THEY will always be in SIGHT. Individual seats are NECESSARY/REQUIRED only FOR SOME certain specialists. The others can work ACCORDING TO this system.
