ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 3-4 apples
– Powdered Sugar
– vanilla
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt and sugar and a half rate. Rub the yolks with remaining sugar and vanilla. Combine whites and yolks, add flour and mix gently. Apples are cleaned, cut into slices. In form, greased, pour half of the test. On top of the apples gently lay on the surface, pour the remainder over the apple mixture. Bake until tender 20-30 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Charlotte is ready then when there was a golden crust with pierced no raw dough.
